continued to updated things happening during work
as other than work its still work. zzz
working as CSA its tough
although we may look slacky
but we have to listen to customer's complain
about the shuttle bus service in IMM
and their unhappiness with the terms and conditions of the gifts
which sound so much like scolding us

i always get very fed up when im alone
customers like to ask stupid questions when im alone
and when theres long queue
the most irritaing experience i had is:
customer: what are these vouchers for?
me: for every $30 u spent, we will issue you $2 coupon
accumulate $20 of the dollar coupon and get free gifts,
customer: ahh i see.
this shows that she understand right?
1 minute later..
customer: sorry i dun understand what you are talking about..
me: .... zzz *cool down* *explain*
customer: *nodded*
10 seconds later...
customer: i have $30 dollar coupon now
i wan redeem for the $50 dollar vouncher
me: im sorry. its all fully redeemed
we ONLY left with roller pen and portable radio
and NO redeemption in IMM
customer: than where can i change?
me: Funan, Tampines mall, Bukit panjang plaza, Junction 8
customer: ohh.. so far ar..
me:*ignore* serve others
10 seconds later..
customer: i wan redeem the $5 dollar voucher
its was like URG luh. i already tell her what we left
and i actually emphasize on the word ONLY
me: sorry. its ALL fully redeemed. ONLY left with roller pen and portable radio
customer: *look at the notices again*
10 seconds later..
customer: sorry.. i dun understand wad u talking.

omg! they will like damn dumb la.
i used english and chinese to explain
they still dont understand
im like TOTALLY PISSED
now i understand why people working in information counter dun smile
they was like totally IRRITATED by the customers
repeating same thing in a day
explaining in the simplest english and longest way for easier understanding
after explaining, they think its unfair
and started complaining
thus, we get scolded for nothing. zzz
