was almost late for work
today was weekend so the executive didnt have to work
but was surprised to see 3 of them at the information counter
Jovine, one of the friendly executive
instructing what am i suppose to do
as the dollar redemption has ENDED!
was thinking that it gonna to be so relaxing
BUT we had to promote our new promotion.
zzzz. so im suppose to say like this
"our dollar redemption has ended,
gifts are all fully redeemed.
but we have a new promotion
every $80 you spent at our new outlet,
(the new extension in IMM)
you can get a free towel.
you can combine receipt
but at least one of them MUST be from our new outlet."
If you said that they dont understand you
or dont want to listen to you
because they are still thinking about the dollar redemption.zzz
it was like a LONG conversation with them luh.
imagine i have to say MILLIONS of time
imagine theres long queue and you have to
explain to EACH and EVERY one of them
omg~ and imagine you have to SMILE when they are whinning
and theres such a long queue! zzz
but i do know how they feel
they feel unfairly treated as it stated that promo end at 31 dec
but typical Singaporeans like to keep the coupon
for fear theres better gifts later
just go redeeem after you accumulate lahhh. zzzzmy new experiences:

me: sorry our dollar redemption has just ended
customer: orh. *continue to stand there and stare at me*
me: the big big $2 no more. -.-
customer: HUH?! i tot end at 31 dec
me: i understand that we stated it end at 31 dec
but all our gifts are FULLY redeemed
customer: *pissed* than now where can i redeem for the gifts?
me. ..... our gifts are ALL FULLY reedemed
all capitaland closed the promotions already.
customer: huh? than what am i going to do with my $2 coupon
i got one stack you know?
me: its useless already. gifts are all FULLY redeemed.
situation 1: they will just walk away..
situation 2: customer: this is unfair. this is cheating.
and this is when they go mad..
customer: i accumulate alot you know, now you say dont have.
zzz. is not ME! is the management. zzzz.
they kept complaining and they even show attitude!
scene 2me: sorry our dollar redemption has just ended
customer: what?! i tot end at 31 dec

prepare to rush to buy something for the redemption of towel*

customer: *pissed* you didnt tell me from new outlets.
me: i did. i say ....
customer: *cut my sentence* YOU didnt!
me: i...
customer: *cut again* give me your name. i want to complain
so i just happily write down my name.
inside my heart i was saying
go ahead and complain
the executive sure will know you are showing your temper.
its really damn fed up luh
